Responsibilities:

  • To gather accurate, detailed user requirements, analyze business processes, define solution to be provided
  • Designing and reviewing process flow of both new and existing product or service
  • Liaising with all internal departments to gain feedback and provide solutions to any issues identified during their daily interaction with information systems
  • Regularly review existing process flow to ensure the most effective and efficient process has been put in place
  • Work with System Architect to design solution to be provided
  • Deliver user training and provide first level support during system deployment phase.
  • Conduct UAT and user training

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT from reputable university
  • Required skill(s): flowchart, basic programming, basic database, HTML, CSS, CSS.
  • Have strong analytical and problem solving skill, also good knowledge of information technology
  • Have good communication and people management skill, as well as other interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and high responsibility towards the success of the project
  • Demonstrate ability to concurrently manage multiple task and priorities
  • Able to write functional requirement using industry standard analysis techniques such as UML
  • Experience in at least 1 (one) full cycle of SDLC and implementation
  • Skills in documenting user needs, UML, imagination of interface design, and user experience awareness
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • 1 Full-Time position available
