Responsibilities:
Involves in the preparation of sales enquiries, quotations, & orders processing
Coordinate and assists all type of indoor and outdoor sales enquiries
Handle incoming calls and customer’s enquiries
Assisting in marketing actions plan such as updating customers profile, informing customers on new products, surveying on customer’s requirements,etc
Generate reports as and when assigned by the manager
Monitoring tender informations through website, news paper, etc
Prepare tender documents to be sumbit on time
