Requirements:
- Male / Female, Max.26 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring from Psychology from reputable university
- Min. GPA 2.80
- Familliar with assestment tools (DISC, Papikostik, IST, MBTI & Kraeplin).
- Having min. 1 or 2 years of recruitment experience, fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Computer literacy
- Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task
- Have a good teamwor
- Willing to learn and open minded
